We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Items purchased from our web store can be returned within 14 days of delivery, excluding cosmetics and personalised products. Returning items to us inside of Finland is free for you. When returning products from abroad, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Please return the product in the original package, unused. Send the product back to us well packed and with the product tags attached. We will not be responsible for reimbursing damaged or used products.
Follow these steps if you want to return a product:
- Fill out the form here: https://support.balmuir.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Attach the return label delivered with the order on the returned package and mail the package.
- Keep the return receipt safe until you have received the reimbursement from the return.
- You will be notified of the reimbursement via e-mail.
You can also return the item to Balmuir Brand Stores in Helsinki and Oulu. When returning items to a Brand Store, bring with you the order confirmation or packing list delivered with the package. You will receive a confirmation of the return that will be handled in our customer service as soon as possible. Orders made from our web store will not be reimbursed at the Brand Stores. You will be notified of the reimbursement via e-mail.
If you have purchased a Balmuir product from one of our retailers, we kindly ask you to contact the customer service of the retailer in question.
