Please note, that these instructions only apply to returns on orders delivered in Finland. If you have ordered products to another country, please contact our customer support for further instructions via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Fill out the return form and send it.
- Below you’ll find instructions on how to pack and send the products back to us.
- We will handle the return in 1-2 weeks from the time the package arrives to us. After this, we will return your money using the same payment method you used to pay for your order.

Please note, that the product has to be returned using the same delivery company that it delivered the order to you.
Attach the following information with the return:
- Your contact information (or a copy of the packing list, if possible)
- Your bank account number
- A short explanation on why you’re returning the product
If your order was delivered with Matkahuolto, you can return it for free with the code 951539 to the address below.
If your order was delivered with Posti, you can return it for free with the code 637162 to the address below.

You can send your return package from any of Matkahuolto or Posti’s service points. You can find the locations and opening hours from Matkahuolto and Posti’s web sites.
You can also return the products to Balmuir Brand Stores in Helsinki and Oulu.
When you return products to a Brand Store, please bring with you the order confirmation or packing list. You will receive a confirmation of the return, which will be handled at our warehouse as soon as possible. We will not reimburse web store orders at Brand Stores. You will be notified of the reimbursement via e-mail.
